Pip From The Forge This album makes me feel as though I put on rose-colored glasses and stepped into sugar-coated sunshine on the most beautiful day ever. It is that good and I don't want to stop listening to it. All of the tracks are great and the remixes magical. Favorite track: Sunset The Old World (Cerk Remix).

fran3000 Strange Days lives up to its title as hazy beats and melodies intertwine with one another in fascinating permutations of oscillation. Despite the wondrous coats of saturation however, the melodies of these songs shine clearly like rays of light finely piercing through a dense forest. As soon as it's over you'll want to hear it again, except, you also get a bonus section of excellent remixes that push the codas of this album even further. It's a win-win scenario.

Strange Days was originally recorded and released in three parts over the first couple months of the Covid-19 quarantine, as a project born out of boredom and watching the news too much. Here, the tracks have been compiled and remastered for a more formal release. As a bonus, five amazing artists have included their own remixes of a handful of these songs.

A deeply layered labyrinth of sounds structures that submerge you in a disorienting haze of melodies. Most tracks are fully fledged but it's the shorter, interlude-like tracks that serve each time they appear, in submerging the listener further into deeper levels within the album's signature sonic codas, until you can no longer find your way back out of the maze.
